1. Wash the area to be exfoliated with the soap or body wash of your choice. Be sure to rinse entirely and that the skin is free of all residue.
2. Wet the glove, and make sure the skin is wet.
3. Place your hand in the glove.
4. Make small circular rotations on the skin, using light, even pressure.
5. Be amazed at all the dead skin and debris that is coming off and the new glow your skin has.
6. Use 1-2 times per week for best results.

The glove will need to be replaced every 6-8 weeks, depending on how often it is being used. The glove may shrink after the first wash; this is completely normal.
