Great cap and apron. Usually shower caps don't fit all my hair but this one did. Much easier than my usual saran wrap. Bowl and whisk were way too small for my mix. I usually use 300gr of henna/indigo. Ear covers did not fit on my ears and felt uncomfortable anyway so didn't use them. I don't think they would have helped anyway. Gloves are awesome, very sturdy and came in size L. Clips are nice too and hold a lot of hair, but I didn't end up using them for a full hair application. Maybe for root touch ups, but I always do my lengths. I apply my mix with my hands but the brushes were nice for my front hairline. TLDR great cap, apron, brushes and gloves. Whisk, bowl, clips, and ear covers were not helpful for me.

I love this cape! And the other products in this kit . I love you, the medium brown light brown and auburn hair dye on my hair and I do mix them. I use the Cassia.Neem, and other hair powders I alternate through them. I have using the lavender Jermaine shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels wonderful, silky and smooth. Manageable whether it’s down or up I get so many compliments on it. Everyone tells me it feels like my hair is young again.! I won’t go back to chemical hair dye. It’s so easy to do love the coverage of the gray! Everybody says it looks so natural. I recommend the henna guys hair products.

The first time I used the dark brown henna without this kit was extremely messy and laborious. If you don't already have these items at home, I highly recommend this kit. I didn't care much for the ear covers, but everything else made the process much easier and everything was easy to clean with dish soap and reuse for next time (including the apron and gloves). Another tip: I also recommend buying a clarifying shampoo (from anywhere) if you're a first time henna user as it makes getting the product out of your hair much easier.

This handy kit has everything you need, except the henna itself, to do a great job. Henna is messy, but the bib, the gloves, the roomy cap, and the brushes help make it less so. It all comes in a zipper bag to stow it all away. My only suggestion: Try as much as possible to use environmentally friendly materials.
